Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to book with us! We strive to provide a seamless booking experience for our clients. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and payments. Booking Window Clients are able to book appointments up to 5 days in advance. Any bookings made within 5 days of the scheduled time will be subject to availability. Cancellations Clients are allowed to cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the session are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Rescheduling Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charge. Reschedules made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to availability, and fees may apply. No-Show Policy If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, a $25 no-show fee will be applied. Payment and Card on File A valid card must be kept on file for all online bookings to secure your appointment. This helps cover any cancellation or no-show fees. Charges for sessions that are either free, paid through a plan, or paid offline may still require a card on file to ensure no outstanding fees are left unpaid.
